We strive to offer a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process for our guests and restaurant customers.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via phone or email.
Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:
More than 48 hours before check-in: Refund may be processed after deduction of applicable charges (if any)
Within 48 hours of check-in: Cancellation charges may apply, refund is not guaranteed
No-show (guest does not arrive): No refund will be issued
Food orders may be canceled only before preparation begins.
Once food preparation has started, cancellation or refund will not be applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
Refund timelines may vary based on bank or payment gateway processing policies.
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
No-show
Early check-out
Food orders already prepared
Violation of hotel rules or property damage charges
Cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical disruptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
