Refund and cancellation

We strive to offer a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process for our guests and restaurant customers.

1. Room Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via phone or email.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:

    • More than 48 hours before check-in: Refund may be processed after deduction of applicable charges (if any)

    • Within 48 hours of check-in: Cancellation charges may apply, refund is not guaranteed

    • No-show (guest does not arrive): No refund will be issued

2. Restaurant Order Cancellation

  • Food orders may be canceled only before preparation begins.

  • Once food preparation has started, cancellation or refund will not be applicable.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer.

  • Refund timelines may vary based on bank or payment gateway processing policies.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • No-show

  • Early check-out

  • Food orders already prepared

  • Violation of hotel rules or property damage charges

5. Force Majeure

Cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical disruptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
